These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales of products via our online store www.shop.minervaesthetics.com (“Minerva Aesthetics” or “we”) conducted by each customer procuring products and/ or services from webpage (the “customer”).
We recommend that customers carefully read through these terms and conditions before completing a purchase on our webshop.
PURCHASE ORDERS
Customers may place orders 24 hours a day on our online store. We will process the order as quickly as possible and usually within 24 working hrs from the receipt of the order. For products not in stock the dispatch of these products is 3-6 working days unless otherwise informed.
When a purchase order has been placed and paid for, the customer will receive an order confirmation. All orders for products are subject to availability, and Minerva Aesthetics reserves the right to cancel any purchase order or agreement if supply is impossible.
CUSTOMER INFORMATION
It is a customer’s responsibility to ensure that all customer and delivery information that is provided to us is correct.
In case that the customer makes changes about customer information, Minerva Aesthetics has the right to verify this new information and will within 24 working hrs, re-evaluate the customer’s order details for approval.
DELIVERY & DELAY
Products in stock will be shipped out same day as the order has been placed or latest the following work day.
Products not in stock will be ready for shipment normally within 3-6 working days.
If the order is delayed more than 6 working days, Minerva Aesthetics must notify the customer thereof. All orders will be shipped with couriers TNT Express, FedEx or UPS.
RETURN POLICY
Minerva Aesthetics accepts any products returned within 7 days notification from receipt of the product as long as the reason falls under one of the following conditions:
The product is faulty
The product was damaged upon arrival
The product was wrong received
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Minerva Aesthetics bears the risk of freight of the products to the customer, any claims for loss, shortage, breakage, leakage or other damage occurring in transit must be notified by emailing to minervaesthetics@gmail.com no later than 30 days after the customer has obtained or should have obtained knowledge thereof. Claims received after this time are not accepted. Notification must be accompanied by relevant pictures and the report made by the carrier of the loss, shortage, breakage or damage.
Claims submitted by the customer without appropriate documentation will be rejected.
The customer will cooperate fully and loyally with Minerva Aesthetics in its efforts to establish a claim against the carrier.
In case of returned goods, the customer will be offered either replacement of goods or a 100% refund of the products returned. Customers refund will be processed via the same method of payment originally used to for the purchase.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
When a product is returned, please enclose a note stating what the complaint concerns.
PAYMENTS
We accept payments via bank transfer only. Once we receive your order, we will email you our banking info.
Minerva Aesthetics reserve the right to delay any order if fraud is suspected.
COMPLIANCE
Minerva Aesthetics acts as an international seller and does not assume any liability for compliance with legislation in the country in which the customer is established or the country into which the customer imports the products. Hence, the customer is responsible for specifying the order sufficiently for the purpose of ensuring that further use or sale of the products meets the requirements of the relevant jurisdiction, e.g. language requirements, product registration, information leaflets, labelling or presentation of the product in general.
The customer is responsible for obtaining and maintaining any required or relevant marketing permissions or for fulfilling any regulatory registration requirements for the products which are to be imported, marketed or sold by the customer.
