Dermaheal SB Skin Brightening Solution is a mesotherapy cocktail for combating hyperpigmentation. The solution can be applied topically, by micro-needling using a derma roller, or added to Platelet Rich Plasma injections. Dermaheal SB is shipped in vials—a package has ten vials containing five ml. of solution.

Manufacturer:  Caregen Co., Ltd in South Korea.

Uses and indications:  Dermaheal SB is indicated for preventing and reducing the skin concerns associated with excess pigmentation. It works to correct age spots, melasma and freckles. Sun spots and other evidence of sun exposure damage can also be treated. The solution helps lighten skin and give it a more even skin tone. It also works as a supplemental treatment for those receiving chemical peels or laser treatment. Six to eight sessions with Dermaheal SB are recommended. The first four should take place once a week for a month. Injections should be scheduled every two weeks for the second month. Further treatments should be done once a month as maintenance. It is possible results may be seen as soon as the second visit.

Shipping:  Products are original and ship out as soon as they are ordered. Orders should arrive in an average of two business days. Customer location or adverse weather conditions can affect delivery times.

Active ingredients:  Dermaheal SB is composed of arbutin, licorice root extract, vitamin C, a pentapeptide and two oligopeptides.

Mechanism of action:  Melanin synthesis is decreased by the inhibition of the enzyme tyrosinase and the deterrence of the conversion of L-DOPA to phaeomelanin and eumelanin. This is the function of the licorice root extract and arbutin.

Advantages over other solutions:  The peptides in Dermaheal SB are growth factor mimicking peptides and behave like human growth factors. However, growth factor mimicking peptides are more stable and can penetrate the skin more effectively.
