Products in stock will be shipped out same day as the order has been placed or latest the following work day.
Products not in stock will be ready for shipment normally within 3-6 working days.
If the order is delayed more than 6 working days, Minerva Aesthetics must notify the customer thereof.
All orders will be shipped with couriers TNT Express, FedEx or UPS. You should receive your consignment within 1-3 business days from the day of shipping, but it may vary based on your precise location, carrier routes and weather conditions.
ORDER TRACKING
We always update your order with the tracking number that is provided by the shipping carrier.
The same day as your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking ID enabling you to follow your consignment from the moment it was handed to a courier until it arrives to your doorstep.
SHIPPING RATES
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of the products and your location. Shipping cost for the entire consignment will be stated clearly just before the final checkout page, so you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
BACK ORDERS
If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
